Barcelona Legends Track Gorillas in Bwindi Forest

Have you seen world known football stars of the 1990s treading along the soils of this blessed land? Barcelona Legends visited the Pearl of Africa this week and the Uganda Tourism Board has invited them to take on gorilla trekking, a world class adventure that can only be enjoyed in Uganda, Rwanda or Congo.

During the course of this week, big names that have played for Barcelona Football Club (in Spain of course) jetted in bit by bit, but will together form a team that will face-off with some of Uganda’s previously greatly talented soccer players, as they juggle and pass around the ball, trying to place it between the poles and at the back of the net as many times as possible.

During their short itinerary in Uganda, the Barca Legends also visited some of the most colorful places in this country and in the entire world; including Murchison Falls National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where they came face to face with the incredible Mountain Gorillas. After taking them around our gorgeous country, we will be happy to show them what football in Uganda is all about today. From what i heard, the Barca legends are worried about losing to Uganda, as they have been worked pretty well, especially with the gorilla tracking. I thought this was only an advantage on their side, as they have been able to exercise.

It’s great to have these guys here especially on a due cause like this. There’s nothing to hide or lie about, This country is stunning. The Barca Legends will definitely have a lot to tell about an unimaginably beautiful country to the younger boys like Neymar Jr. Messi, Suarez and Cristiano Ronaldo when they return to Spain.
